Mr. S N Rao started his career as a Faculty for Statistics at The M S University of Baroda, Vadodara during 1980–81 and then switched over to the field of IT in 1981–82, working on various positions from Programmer to Chief General Manager. While at The Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd (GSCSC), he headed IT, Commerce & Administration Departments and later served as Head-HR of IIM Ahmedabad.
Education & Credentials
Post graduate in Statistics with specialization in Operations Research and Econometrics from The M S University of Baroda, Vadodara (1980). Acquired knowledge on IT, Commerce and HR from the prominent institutes of India including IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and Life Member of Computer Society of India.

Riddhish Rao has a total of 13 years of experience, out of which the last 8 years are in HR and the remaining 5 years in IT. R Square HR Services is currently led by Mr. Riddhish Rao. His HR expertise spans Recruitment, Training, Placement, Legal Compliance, and HR Policies. Prior to HR, he ran his own IT Company and worked as an IT Professional from 2013 to 2017, gaining approximately 5 years of experience in conceptualization, design, development, implementation and maintenance of Business Applications, MIS and ERP, with the zeal of IT Project Management.
Education & Credentials
Microsoft Certification – MTA (Microsoft Technology Associate). Certificate of participation by Arena Animation for completing "Flash & Scripting" course of 48 hours (Oct 2008).

- Won 1st prize in State Level Event Cyber Contour of GLS Institute of Computer Technology, in "Debate" (2011)
